Core and plank pose: Engage your core with this fun plank. Begin in a full plank with your legs spaced at shoulder width. One line between your spine and neck. Do not drop your belly or round your spine. Once in a full plank: a) Inhale and extend one arm and opposite leg, exhale bring elbow to knee. Repeat each side between 5-10 times. Or b) From a full plank, inhale and bring your hand to opposite shoulder. Exhale and bring your hand down. Do both sides, between 5-10 times.
